What holds up

Mill Hop puts a hen on a spinning windmill blade and asks for a tap hop to the next vane. Slide along the blade toward the tip for gold corn; mistime the jump and you meet the mud. The first PERFECT flash teaches the landing window faster than any paragraph could.

It is the odd one on a sky arcade propwash dominated by biplanes, and that is deliberate. The shortlist needs a different verb. Spin reading, radius choice, and fox near-misses give the farm lane its own mastery curve without borrowing the aviator grammar. Gale Spin, golden mills, and crow sweeps remix the same hop instead of stacking unrelated modes.

Art direction stays sunny and readable: blue sky, wood mills, white hen, mud that means failure. Session lengths on check ran short for cold fingers and stretched once the spin period locked in.

Where it frays

Ultra-narrow viewports zoom aggressively; blades stay playable but the stage feels tight. Corn on distant mills tempts hops you are not lined up for. Compared with Ink Ace, the fantasy is less “sky dogfight” and more “field athletic” — fine for diversity, weaker if you came only for planes.

No public download counter exists for this browser build. I am not inventing one.

Who it is for

Best for spin-read hops with tip risk. Keep it third on this sky arcade list: strong enough to belong, different enough not to clone the aviator pair.

Propwash verdict

Mill Hop stays on the board because the vane hop is a complete sky arcade fantasy of its own. Strengths are timing clarity and tip greed; limits are viewport squeeze and theme mismatch if you wanted only biplanes. Checked 5 November 2026.
